Love That may, at their sole discretion, change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.  It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and Conditions to ensure satisfaction with any changes made.  Should you not be satisfied, you should not place any further orders on, or in any other way use, the site.

Love That makes every effort to ensure that all information provided is correct. However, we cannot be held responsible for any form of misprint or defect in your order.  Details of your order should be checked and confirmed by yourself when placed and signed off.  We take no responsibility for any incorrect orders placed.

Should the site display a blatantly obvious pricing error

Love That will correct the error as soon as we have been notified of the error. Love That will not be bound by the incorrect price.

Unless any applicable law prescribes otherwise, any agreement made with Love That to buy a product or a connected service, shall be governed by the laws applicable within the Republic of South Africa.
